Three Mountains is looking for two interns for six months, starting mid-November 2023

Internship for content development

The interns will assist in the day-to-day activities of the company. The interns will be able to learn about content development, face-to-face training and online training, and also about technical aspects of the development of e-learning and the production of tutorial videos.

Requirements

• You are interested in course development, e-learning and adult training,
• You enjoy writing and design since a lot of time will be spent in designing and developing training material,
• You have a bachelor’s degree in education, communication, social studies or related fields,
• You are a team player not afraid to express your opinion,
• You have curiosity and you are willing to learn,
• You have attention to detail,
• You are fluent in English in expression, reading and writing; knowledge of French, Kinyarwanda and/or Swahili is considered an asset,
• You are familiar with Microsoft Office – WORD, PowerPoint and Excel,
• Experience working with social media to build followers is a plus,
• 6 Months availability.

2. Write a short motivation letter
3. Attach your CV
4. Send these three documents by email to: info@threemountains.academy addressing the recruitment team. Indicate in the subject line that you are applying for the position: internship content development.

The deadline for submission is Sunday, 29 October 2023.

Only applications containing all three elements (the motivation letter, the CV and the answers to the assignment) will be taken into consideration.

There is no need to send a course certificate that you have completed the full course “Chairing an effective meeting”.

At this stage, there is no need to send copies of diplomas, references, or other formal documents. Only those invited to the interview will need to bring certain documents. If you have further questions, you can ask those at info@threemountains.academy

How to answer the assignment

Go to the course xxx . Sign up and create an account. Do the course online. This will take you around one and a half hours. The course is still under development, and we would like your suggestions on what can be improved. Make a document with answers to the following questions:

1. Make a table as follows, and write the improvements in the right column. Please make some general comments at the end.

 We expect at least 10 comments. They may also be positive for the pages you like.

2. What use do you see for this course in Rwanda? Define a (paying) target group. How could you help the company to get in contact with this target group?
3. What did you learn from the course? Do you have a way to apply it in your daily life? How?
